Mahindra BE6 and XEV 9e Electric SUVs Launched in Hetauda
Agni Incorporated Private Limited, the authorised distributor of Mahindra automobiles in Nepal, has launched Mahindra’s Electric Origin SUVs, the BE 6 and the XEV 9e, in Hetauda. The regional launch was held at the Mahindra showroom operated by Agni Incorporated Pvt. Ltd. in Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan City–7, Neureni.
Built on Mahindra’s advanced INGLO architecture and powered by the MAIA intelligent automotive platform, the BE 6 and XEV 9e showcase the brand’s Born Electric vision, combining innovation, performance, and sustainability.
Both models offer impressive ranges, with the BE 6 achieving up to 543 km and the XEV 9e up to 656 km on their 79 kWh LFP battery packs, which come with an 8-year/2,00,000 km warranty.
Advanced semi-active dampers, i-Link front suspension, and a 5-link rear independent suspension provide superior ride comfort and dynamic control, while brake-by-wire technology with integrated electronic booster and high-power steering ensure responsive handling.
The BE 6 delivers exhilarating performance through its 6-speed transmission, race-ready digital cockpit, and multiple driving modes, while the XEV 9e enhances the experience with a commanding 199 kW of power in its top variant and a cinematic triple-screen dashboard.
Both SUVs feature Harman Kardon Sonic Studio sound systems, AR-based VisionX heads-up display (XEV 9e), Autopark functionality, EyeDentity driver and occupant monitoring, and the LiveYourMood cabin ambiance system. Advanced driver assistance systems—ADAS Level 2 on BE 6 and ADAS Level 2+ on XEV 9e—along with 360° cameras and the ME4U connected vehicle platform, further reinforce safety, comfort, and convenience.
